Kaiwhakarite pūtea | Funding Administrator
0.8 FTE (30 hours/week, negotiable) - Permanent, Part-time
Location: Te Rau Ora Ōtepoti office
Whare Tukutuku is a kaupapa Māori initiative under the korowai of Te Rau Ora. Our mission is to strengthen and grow an AOD (alcohol and other drugs) workforce that is whānau-centred, kaupapa-driven, and grounded in community.
We are looking for a committed and organised individual to join our team as a Kaiwhakarite Pūtea | Funding Administrator. This is a permanent, part-time position (0.8 FTE/ 30 hours per week), with some flexibility around the working hours.
In this role, you will be responsible for administering the annual funding programmes that sit within Whare Tukutuku, including:
- Hoe Tahi Scholarships
- Māori Addiction Leadership Scholarships
- Hoe Rua Work-Based Placements
- Ki te Ara Whakamua Community Action Fund
Key responsibilities include maintaining scholarship databases, responding to enquiries, and supporting the wider Whare Tukutuku team to ensure the smooth delivery of all funding initiatives. From time to time, you may also be asked to assist with other tasks aligned to the broader goals of our rōpū.
