The Office of the Executive Leadership Team plays a pivotal role in enabling the CEO and executive leaders to guide Te Rau Ora’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. This team ensures the smooth functioning of organisational governance and acts as the central connector between the CEO, the Board of Directors, and key corporate functions such as Finance, Payroll, People & Culture, and wider business operations.

Working in this office means supporting the CEO to maintain oversight of resources, drive organisational performance, and uphold our commitment to kaupapa Māori approaches that strengthen Māori wellbeing. The team provides high-quality coordination, advice, and communication that allow the executive to respond effectively to emerging priorities, uphold good governance practice, and maintain trusted relationships across the organisation and sector.
