We're looking for a curious, organised, and analytical person to join our Te Rau Rangahau | Insights & Knowledge team in a fixed-term, part-time capacity. This opportunity has arisen to provide additional support and capacity within the team and will play an important role in helping us deliver high-quality research, evaluation, reporting, and insights across our kaupapa.

What you'll be doing
Working alongside the Te Rau Rangahau team, you'll contribute to a variety of research, evaluation, and improvement activities, including:
Collecting, analysing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data
Supporting programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities
Producing reports, summaries, visual insights, presentations, and other resources that make information accessible and useful
Supporting kaupapa Māori research and evaluation approaches.
Using technology and digital tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to strengthen data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
Working with internal and external stakeholders to support projects and share findings.

Have experience in research, evaluation, reporting, project support, or a similar field.
Are confident building positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Have an interest in kaupapa Māori approaches and improving outcomes for Māori communities.
Are comfortable learning new systems, tools, and ways of working.
