With a foundation in tikanga Māori and guided by Mātauranga Māori, Te Rau Ora has a presence nationwide, with offices in Kirikiriroa (Hamilton), Pōneke (Wellington), and Ōtepoti (Dunedin).
Location: Pōneke (Wellington) office.
Hours: Fixed-term full-time - 6 months (37.5 hours/week)
About the Role
We're looking for a warm, organised, and people-focused Office Manager to temporarily support our busy Pōneke office. This six-month, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) sits within our Corporate Operations team (Business Practice, Finance, IT and People & Culture). You'll play a key role in ensuring our office environment runs smoothly and reflect our values of manaakitanga and kotahitanga.
Your Function
You'll be the heart of our Pōneke office - managing day-to-day operations, supporting kaimahi, and helping create a welcoming space for staff and manuhiri. Whether it's making sure the office tidy, supporting travel bookings, or coordinating supplier arrangements, your mahi will ensure our team can thrive in a well-supported environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a clean, functional, and welcoming office space.
• Support with bookings: travel, accommodation, venues, car rentals.
• Help host manuhiri and support mihi whakatau.
• Liaise with suppliers and manage office contracts with support from the Business Practice Manager

About You
You are a natural organiser with a warm, can-do attitude. You are comfortable working independently while staying connected with remote and onsite kaimahi. You bring confidence in administration, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of Manaaki and teamwork.
